Preparation for Graduation
Complete the Diploma Application Online
- Diploma application due dates can be found on the Academic Calendar available at http://enrollmentservices.cua.edu/Registration-and-Records/AcademicCalendar.cfm
- Go to http://cardinalstation.cua.edu
- Click the "Cardinal Students" link
- Click the "Apply for Graduation" link under "Graduation"
- Select your "Expected Graduation Term" from the drop down list.
- Enter your name as wish it to appear on your diploma
- Please note: Once the due date has passed for your expected graduation semester, the semester will no longer be available as a drop down option. Contact the Office of Enrollment Services at 202-319-5300
- Do this during your graduation term
- Go to http://financialaid.cua.edu/federal-perkins-loan.cfm
- Once on the Federal Perkins Loan page, scroll down to the Exit Loan Counseling section and follow the instructions

Check and Reconcile Your Student Account
- Do this during your expected graduation term
- You can view your holds by logging in to your Cardinal Station account: https://cardinalstation.cua.edu
- Review your account, verify that all charges are correct and that all financial aid has been applied.
- Review and clear any holds on your account

Return Library Books and Reconcile any Library Fines
- Go to http://libraries.cua.edu/myaladin/
- Log in to your library account
- In the column to the right you will find a list of checked out books and fines
